The High Street Dental Practice and Cotswold Implant Centre

Dr. Torjus Baalack is Swedish, but has lived in the UK and Ireland for the last 21 years. He comes from a family of dentists and qualified in 2003 from Cork University, Ireland and completed a 3 year Diploma in Dental Implantology in University of Central Lancashire in 2009. Further implant training was undertaken in Sweden at the prestigious Karolinska Institute in Stockholm as well as an oral surgery placement in The Molnsdahls Clinic in Gothenburg, Sweden. He is a member of the Association of Dental Implants, British Dental Association and Gloucestershire Independent Dentists. He has a special interest in cosmetic dentistry and implants with a focus same day implant supported teeth. He also partner in The Implant and Ceramic Dental Studios in Miserden, Gloucestershire, which is a practice dedicated to same day cosmetic CAD-CAM and implant dentistry.

Monica qualified in Madrid in 2006 where she started her career before continuing to practice in Ireland. Her active role in continuing her studies has kept her abreast of the latest advances in the dental field. Deeply committed to continuing education, Dr. Motilla constantly enhances her knowledge by participating in courses throughout the world. Monica enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, showing a particular interest in minimally invasive cosmetic dentistry and in cosmetic orthodontics, and has undertaken extensive post graduate training in these areas. She is extensively experienced in the use of Invisalign, Six Month Smiles, Inman Aligner and Lingual Braces.

Halina Gentilcore joined the practice in January 2012. She has been in dentistry for 30 years. Her training began when she started her career as a Dental Nurse in 1983. In 1993 she qualified as a Dental Hygienist at The Eastman Dental Hospital and continued her training to qualify as a Therapist in 2006, at Bristol Dental Hospital. Her role within the practice is restorative dentistry, tooth whitening and offers hygiene treatment for our patients.
