I've been with Matthew B for more years than I care to remember! He's the consummate professional and a leading light at Rapport! Not only is he a vastly experienced dentist, but he also has wonderful awareness of patient needs with regards to coping with apprehension, fear of pain and general concern about invasive treatment. Matthew and his team have (between them) the expertise to handle all aspects of dental work, including extractions, repairs, hygiene (I use Anne!) and administration. My visit was so easy at Karma Dental Care. I was in so much pain after my filling fell out and I needed help, Dr Karnan was the man to see and I found Dr Karnan so approachable, easy-going, and understanding of my needs it is truly a pleasure being under his care. It's an honor to have you as my dentist. I feel lucky every time I come in for an appointment because he is just that good at what he does. The reception looks so wonderful even though I was not there for long before I was called in to see Dr Karnan. When entering the room I noticed how hygienic it was which put my mind at ease. Dr Karnan then calmly walked me through the procedure and with what felt like seconds it was all over and there was no pain at all. Such an amazing experience, Thank you Dr Karnan. You are the best, looking forward to my next visit.

I returned today to have treatment which has been outstanding since Covid-19 happened in March 2020. What a wonderful experience I encountered! Carol the receptionist was very attentive providing a mask, taking your temperature and oxygen levels before I saw Jacqui the Hygienist and team member. Then I had my dental treatment completed by Jignesh and team member, what a journey. The PPE that the team were wearing and the state of the art Sanitising equipment provided for the patients / dental team protection was out of this world. A fantastic journey well done to you all! See you another time.

Best dentist I have EVER been too. Whole staff are polite, patient, very kind and excellent at what they do. Nobody likes the dentist let’s be fair and I am quite honestly terrified of them but these people are amazing in every way and I am proud to say, my new go to dentist. Had to have an extraction and can honestly say I didn’t feel a thing and was in and out in no time. Wish I had found them years ago.

Came here for the first time, friends recommended. The lady at the reception Diane was so lovely and kind, the reception staff altogether were super nice and make you feel like you're taken care of. And then my lovely Dr. Micha & Karen, both so gentle and reassuring. I was a bit nervous and had that uncomfortable feeling (the dentist fear 🤣) at first, but the ladies made sure to take that away, plus all the explaining through the process and the support. I want to take this opportunity to say a big big thank you to Dr P. Khaki and his most caring team . I am Old and had just suffered from facial palsy, I only have a few teeth left, my denture no longer can fit into my mouth …I went to Avalon to see Dr Khaki as always he put me at ease, explained to me the situation and will design another denture for me. I am less stressed now.

I had the Enlighten Teeth Whitening treatment by Seaside Dental last year. A two-week gel treatment each night and could notice the difference immediately. A follow-up intensive treatment followed. I maintain the whiteness with a home treatment every other month. My teeth really have had a dramatic change in colour, so many people say how white my teeth are. It was not invasive or painful and all at an amazing price. I would highly recommend this product and the dentists at the surgery.
