Well, the first thing is how much more professional they were. The dentist went through all the things I was doing wrong, and how to get my teeth back on track. He explained how to get started, like he said, ''You cannot build a house without strong foundations '' So he said that when I visited the dental hygienist, he would be able to get started with the implant. Great service.
Mr Shah really puts you at ease by talking to you throughout your treatment. I wouldn't have anyone else, he is very professional. Hoping they open again soon, started my treatment just as they went into lockdown. Stay safe.

My fear was so great that I was actually in tears during the call. I attended my first appointment physically shaking but had no cause to worry. My first steps inside the reception completely changed my opinion. Every member of staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. Mr Duran is amazing, he calmed my extensive nerves and during every consultation, he asks if I feel ok with what is being done and stops whenever I need to take a break. I have just returned from my six monthly appointment with Giles Saxon. I cannot speak highly enough of the professional way that he deals with his patients and the excellent service that he provides. He is well supported by his long standing assistant Angela and as a bonus he has obtained the services of a hygienist who although relatively young provided the best service I have ever experienced by a hygienist at a Dentist's practice. I can recommend this practice to anybody in need of a Dentist.
I have recently completed treatment to have 3 implants and although it has been anything but straightforward I can only praise David and Ellie for their care. Everything was explained fully and reassurance was always given, certainly in view of my dread of dentists. To sum up I would recommend this practice and would also like to thank Henry Staley who takes care of my normal dental treatment.
