Going, to be honest, I didn’t like this clinic in terms of their work, approach or customer care. After having my braces I didn’t feel happy with them at all, I stated some concerns during my time of having them but was made feel I was overacting and was wrong with how I felt. After getting my braces off the team didn’t offer any discussion support and I felt as though I was just checked off the list and left to hang. Organising appointments also felt like I had to accommodate them instead of the other way around. I felt a lot more views but will leave my review at that.
