I had an extraction done today. Been suffering a while. Kept putting it off, taking painkillers. I'm so glad I went to Allen House. Literally took a few minutes. No more pain. So relieved. From the first call to walking out the door, everyone was lovely. Put my mind at ease. Very friendly.
I had dentures for many years which never were comfortable. I had a set made and could not believe the difference - the bite is perfect and comfortable. The dentures totally changed my look, the experience was great Gary is a great guy made the experience fun, so glad I had used Smiles and more. I have known Ray for approximately 10-years and he’s a great dental surgeon who also has a nice calming manner. Sam his wife, is also a lovely person as are all the staff who work for Ray. I am in the process of having an implant after one of my incisors and gum has an infection which has lead to severe bone loss. The whole treatment plan is looking like 10-months, no problem as I have complete confidence in Ray's ability who has talked me through the procedure and options that I have. After impressions are taken I have just had incisor removed with a temporary false tooth on a plate. I would totally recommend “Dentistry with Integrity” to anyone who wants a superb job doing in a top rate surgery with great tech. Just go there!
New top set of implants. Amazing from start to finish. All done by Ray himself, His team compliment the practice with great communication about appointments and procedures and payments. Mrs McNamara is always at the end of the phone to clarify any matters, Aftercare and advice on keeping my implants safe and lasting for my lifetime was excellent. I now have a great smile which I had forgotten how to do and confidence is great thanks again Ray and the Team.

I went to see Dr. Nigel Saynor for the first time in March at Bramcote Dental Practice for an implant and bone graft. I chose Nigel having listened to my husband's glowing reports about the implant Nigel did for him, and especially having read the excellent Google reviews. I had already had one implant elsewhere, and although I couldn't fault the implantologist's work and professionalism, the time it took from tooth extraction to the final visit was excessive ( nine visits over a 10-month period, including a visit to CT Dent in Altrincham for a CT scan ) and this didn't include a bone graft or a temporary crown (it was a back tooth so I wasn't bothered about the temporary gap). I was therefore overwhelmed when Nigel and his team practically performed the whole implant procedure on my first visit (at my request)! This included a CT scan (saving me a trip to CT Dent) and x-rays, an initial consultation, a tooth extraction, and an implant with significant bone grafting followed by a beautiful temporary crown. All this took just 30 minutes and was practically painless. For the rest of the day I suffered minimal pain with the help of Ibuprofen, and by the next morning, no painkillers were required. I returned to Nigel and his team last week to have my permanent crown fitted over my implant. This was scheduled to be four months after the initial treatment, but I delayed it significantly due to other commitments and also because the temporary crown was perfectly adequate as well as aesthetically pleasing. Having the permanent crown fitted was a breeze and I am absolutely delighted with it. Thank you so much! I would, without hesitation, recommend Nigel and his team for their efficiency, expertise, and professionalism.
I am a new patient here and required some urgent dental treatment which required two root extractions. I was given all the options with no pressure to chose but each option explained thoroughly. I have always had a phobia when it comes to dentists but after my treatment and the professionalism and caring shown by the whole team I have no fear of returning for any more treatment in the future, just to have this eradicated after a lifetime was with every penny.
