I can now move away with a new tooth to meet my new neighbours with a very happy smile

5 50 Dental Crowns

I have had a traumatic week losing a very obvious crown (almost front) and am moving out of the county next week. I contacted the Antwerp practice for help!

I got a next day emergency appointment when it was decided that the remainder of my tooth should be extracted. The treatment I received was second to none - lovely staff - most assuring, and I can now move away with a new tooth to meet my new neighbours with a very happy smile.

Thank you so much Antwerp House Dental Practice.

Helpful and friendly enough.

Cosmetic Dentist Consultation
Were you pleased with the treatment?

Treatment by NHS dentist, satisfactory. Helpful and friendly enough.

Would you recommend the clinic?

Currently a renovating building site, not disabled friendly or pram friendly due to extremely narrow corridors and steep stairs, unprofessional receptionists.
Positives: NHS spaces, friendly enough NHS dentist.

The receptionists attitudes stand out. Phone manners pretty good. Face to face, not helpful.
First attendance: kept waiting, no apologies, not much eye contact. Asked if they knew where a particular dental practice was, the answer was "No". Not "no", sorry we don't, just "No" end of conversation.
Second attendance:Mistaken for another patient with no apology. Without looking at me or looking up from the computer, told "You have a 20 minute appointment". I asked "How do you know my name?" Another patient's dental card waved at me, "Isn't this you?".
I would usually expect a polite "Won't keep you a moment" when entering, rather than being ignored when approaching a reception des

Would you return for further treatment?

Has NHS places so bonus, but if not, would not recommend it as am sure there are more professional and user friendly places around
