Morven has also worked as an associate dentist in several busy NHS practices in Glasgow and she has recently returned from working as a locum dentist in New Zealand.
Morven is qualified to perform both inhalation and intravenous sedation, which are excellent techniques to help nervous patients cope with dental treatment. She is also trained in acupuncture, aromatherapy and homeopathy. Her aim is to make your treatment at the Deveron Dental Centre as relaxing and comfortable as possible.
Morven is looking forward to creating a unique atmosphere at the Deveron Dental Centre and she looks forward to welcoming you to her surgery.
Lisa completed a BSc in Biomedical science and a PhD in Pharmacology before training as a dentist. During her many years at university she has worked part time in healthcare for 10 years with experience caring for children with special needs and working as an auxilliary nurse at ARI. Lisa enjoys working as a dentist because it is a caring profession which also combines her scientific experience.
Lisa has recently passed a course in Facial Rejuvenation and Dermal Fillers and if you would like more information, please ask Lisa for a free consulation.
In her free time, Lisa likes to travel, try new foods and also likes to go to fitness classes at her local gym.
Lisa is originally from the North East and looks forward to joining the practice in Huntly. She will be available for appointments from Wednesday - Friday and shall be looking after Morvens patients until she returns from maternity leave.
Lisa aims to provide a high standard of dental care like the others in the practice, she likes all aspects of dentistry within general practice but may pursue further training in a specialist area to ensure patients get the widest range of treatment options within the Huntly area.
