Please ask for any preexisting conditions that may make the operation risky before getting the patients to come for the operation. Asking these questions when the patient has traveled thousands of miles is very late. 2. Give the patients typed instructions about post op medication and care. Giving oral instructions is not good. 3. Please give detailed invoices with what procedure was done and on which teeth because some patients need to claim them for insurance. Simply writing "implant" is not enough. 4. For dental implants, follow up with dental post op emails, not hair transplant emails. 5. Please select nicer hotels. The hotel I was put in was at best a 2 star hotel, not a 5 star. The rooms reeked of cigarette smell. I would have gladly paid extra to be in a better hotel if that option was available. I hope you'll take my feedback as constructive suggestions and not criticism.
