The treatment was amazing I really loved the results on my teeth they were broken and on an incline before but after they made them straight and fixed I am so happy with the results as they have fixed my smile also. the staff was so helpful and spoke English so there was no miscommunication and they made my teeth just as I had asked. I recently returned from having 4 implants and bone graft with Dr Volkan. His clinic was outstanding, very clean, modern and everyone was very kind and helpful towards me. The reason I choose Dr Volkan was because he spoke to me personally and not an assistant or middle person. He explained by WhatsApp and by video call the options I could have to give me perfect teeth once I sent him an x-ray and pictures of my current teeth. I’m now in the healing process for 4 months and can’t wait to get back to finish off and see the final result.
Where do I start? From the beginning until the end it was a smooth and wonderful service I had. I’ve been there twice now and I had good treatment done by most of the doctors and all I can say is I don’t regret my money at all it was a good investment so well done Dr Omer and your team. I even dragged my whole family along to get their treatment and all of them left the clinic on a happy note. I did have a little issue and after speaking to Tehmeena she’s happily managed to find a solution for it. The only advice I can potentially give is for the staff esp the dental ones to be more conversant in English if it wasn’t for Kenan and Tehmeena as well Dr Omer it can become a little challenging but overall I will definitely recommend the clinic services as it’s worth it.
