I was in contact with a lady called Selena from the beginning. Selena spoke very good English and her communication skills was top-class. Any questions I had she had a quick response and replied straight away, it made me feel at ease because it was a big step for me to go to another Country to have work done. From the moment you walk in the door until you leave, this place treats you like gold from the reception to the people you walk by, I was also greeted by my name. The dentist assistant and the dentist were brilliant they made me feel very comfortable. The dentist had a great sense of humour he was very funny it was a big help because I was nervous at the beginning. Hygiene is to a high standard, I would highly recommend this place to anyone. I had 4 implants and 23 crowns and a bridge. Implants in October 2023 and all work finished may 2024. The staff are absolutely amazing so kind and friendly. I am so happy with the work. From start to finish I had a truly wonderful experience. Mustafa collected me from my hotel each day, he was always early and is a gentleman with fluent English who has travelled the world. His sister Hulia is the dentist who treated me and all I can say is the lady has the hands of an angel. I had three crowns and a bridge, all painless and top-of-the-range Zirconium, coupled with full descaling, cleaning, polishing & bleaching. All of the staff in this 35-year-old family clinic are fluent English speakers friendly and professional. Each visit there were locals in the waiting room of this ultra-modern spotless facility which told me everything I needed to know - I challenge anybody to find and experience a better clinic. I was thinking about getting a smile makeover treatment in Turkey when I came across Zirve Dental clinic on WhatClinic. I got in touch with them and they were so helpful! They set up an online consultation with the doctor, who was really nice and explained all the treatment choices and how long it would take. Then we planned the procedure together. I was lucky enough to be able to visit Didim for a whole week in September, which is when my smile makeover officially began! I've always been self-conscious about the colour and gaps between my teeth. They made me look older than my age, so I got 20 veneers (10 upper teeth and 10 lower teeth) to match the colour. They look perfect! Dr. Fatma is just the loveliest, most polite, and informative doctor you could imagine. He's like a close friend to you during the treatments. There was no pain, just a very minimal preparation of my teeth, no sensitivity, and the result is just so natural! My teeth look white and natural at the same time, which I think is something not all doctors can offer you. The total cost of the treatment is much better than at lots of other clinics (both in Turkey and abroad), and it even includes a thorough dental cleaning and night guards. The clinic is really easy to get to by public transport, which was great as I didn't know Didim at all. I had a lovely place to stay and a great trip. Thanks so much for all your help and interest.
