Smile Signature at Phuket

While I did have a good consultation at the Smile Signature at Phuket clinic, I was not pleased that they wanted the payment of my dentures appointment up front and in full price, which I feel is very unprofessional.

The good service was negated by how they wanted all the money upfront when the consultation did not indicate this would be the case.

It is hard to imagine being impressed with something you paid for but that is how I felt when booked an appointment with Smile Signature Clinic at Phuket. From the layout to the service everything was arranged to make my time with them as efficient and comfortable as possible. Anyone looking to do a Dental Implants appointment as I did should seriously consider going to the clinic.

The clinic was everything a professional dental institution should be. Clean and sanitary, Good doctors, friendly staff and the best prices available. I can easily recommend the clinic to anybody.

Fast appointment. Consultation for a 'high point' in my bite causing discomfort. Doctor very good listener and gentle.

Very capable and caring dentist corrected my teeth bite by carefully reducing a little of the length of one tooth. Total success, no pain.

Responded quickly with a lengthy email explaining possible options to deal with my old Gold crown that popped off while travelling. Had them replace it with a ceramic crown for half the price it would have been in Canada. Everything was professional here. There are no labs to make crowns but the turnaround from Bangkok was only a few days. New crown fits tighter between teeth than the old one.
All positive, would return.

I have recently returned from a Dental holiday in Phuket and attended the Smile Signature Phuket clinic. I had 12 fillings, teeth cleaned and whitened and a six tooth bridge fitted, all for 40% of the quoted price in Australia. The service was excellent from the reception staff to the Dentists and Dental Nurses. Dr Veerachai Thumwanit was very professional and a really nice guy as well. Their equipment was modern, the clinic was clean and nothing seemed to be a problem.

I did a lot of research before I opted to go to Thailand for dental treatment as I, like most people, was sceptical of the service I would receive. From my very first appointment I was very impressed how first class they were. I only wish I could have got that level of service in my own country!. I will definitely go back if I ever need any more dental work. And, I got a holiday as well!.

The treatment I received was very good. The language barrier made it very difficult to get understood by the dentist. All the staff were very kind and helpful. Lots of time taken to complete my problems. Not so happy with a finished partial denture, slightly crooked. In hindsight. i should have asked for it to be remade, there was time. A good experience and much better pricing than New Zealand dentists offer for the same process.

I initially chose a different clinic but decided to research a better price as the first choice of dental work seemed expensive. I emailed my requirements to a few clinics and I was happy with the response and solution offered to me by Smile Signature.
I would recommend this clinic but be very sure you know what is needed to be done.
