I went for the one day whitening treatment, and also got the take-home whitening kit. The process/chemical used is Opalescence. The booking and enquiry process was smooth, as the liaison had a good command of English. During the treatment, there was an English speaker to translate the procedures for me, and this is assuring as I can't speak Korean at all. Firstly, a mould of my teeth was first imprinted in order to make a customised teeth tray for my take home whitening kit. My teeth were then primed and the whitening treatment started shortly. During the process, there was some discomfort from dryness in the mouth due to the long process of whitening, and if your tongue/hand touches the whitening gel, it will sting a bit. You will be left alone during the whitening process. The chair, when sat in for a long time, can be uncomfortable. It will be better if there is timer to count down how much longer I have to sit down at the chair, opening my parched mouth and sitting down on the increasingly uncomfortable chair. I have improved about one shade after the treatment. Throughout the same day, I can feel tingles occasionally in my gums. This sensation is bearable and disappears the next day. The take-home whitening kit was pretty effective after two uses. I can see my teeth are visibly whiter with no discomfort. The only downside is that the whitening kit needs to be placed in the mouth for approximately three hours, and this could be quite inconvenient. This take-home kit includes gel which could last about three weeks to a month, depending on how often you use and how much you use each time. Overall, price is on the steep end at 600,000 won for the entire package with no hidden charges.
Nice decorations, furnishing, comfortable. Good, clear directions given. Easy to locate. Would recommend for English speakers (only one English-speaking staff there though). Need to be careful on the level that you go. I think they have a level for office and one for the clinic.
