I had been going to A Plus Dental Clinic for years but had a sudden problem with my teeth quite recently and they came to my rescue! I had somehow broken a molar and exposed some nerves but didn't realise what was happening. I went to my local dentist on the same day and my pain was dismissed as sensitivity so, I endured the extreme pain and nausea for another 10 days before contacting Joyce at A Plus on a Friday afternoon. She was very kind and accommodating and fit me into their busy Saturday clinic as an emergency case. Every concern I had was listened to and answered by the doctor, with Joyce there to translate and help. I felt I was very well looked after by the doctor and all the staff too. The dentist empathised with my situation and fit me with a temporary crown that same day when I returned for the permanent setting the following week. I am very grateful for being treated with such a high level of care during this very painful and stressful time. I cannot commend the team enough for their high degree of professionalism and care.
After having lived in the U.S.A, UK and Europe most of my life, I had a lot of anxiety about needing a very difficult procedure done here in South Korea on one of my molars. I went to four dentists- the first told me the tooth had to be extracted. The second and third required lengthy treatments. I finally went to Oaks Dental for the fourth consultation. I was a little skeptical after seeing the title: No. 1 Dental Clinic in Korea. I see this in many restaurants and shops throughout Korea. However, it is absolutely true! From the moment I first entered, to the actual surgery itself, I was given THE BEST professional treatment: instructions in English- every single step explained, and I experienced NO PAIN. The truth is that Dr. Bae is the BEST surgeon I have ever encountered, and his staff were of the highest quality as well! As a team they are the best of the best! It took one painless session, and one week later I returned back (from Busan where I live) for the cap to be bonded on the saved molar. And now I am finally back to normal, and I have Oaks Dental Clinic to thank! I was so lucky to have met Dr. Bae and his team! I cannot even bear to think of the pain I would be in right now if I had been foolish enough to have trusted the other clinics! As I left the clinic I told the staff that they certainly could be called: The TOP Dental Clinic in the World! This is certainly no exaggeration! It was the best treatment I have ever experienced!
