Excellent professional service for a family that was dead scared of a dentist. Dr Zander is so accommodating even play your favourite music during the appointment. Also have to mention the technology they use are absolutely the newest and great experience overall.

From dentistry to artistry. Rita Nel is a genius. What she has been able to achieve with my teeth in four days is awesome, and took a lot of work. I always had the feeling that she had a master plan for putting a smile back on my face. I always felt that she was in complete control and that she knew exactly what the end result must be. No dilly-dallying and uncertainty, scratching and fiddling around and hoping for the best. I experienced a true professional on top of her game. Worth every penny. Bravo! Highly recommended.

I was just browsing the internet when I found Dr. Rita Nel and the SmileSolutions clinic. They were really professional and I felt confident they could get the work done. I had a filling, an extraction and they capped a few of my teeth as well. I’m satisfied with the results.

I was impressed with them. Everything was clearly explained and once we had the consultation, they were able to do the treatment the very next day. They did a really good job!

I chose this clinic because past patients sounded happy with the service they received. I got a reasonable price for the dentures and I’m happy with how they turned out. I got the impression the dentist was truly concerned and this made her excellent in assisting me.

I found Smile Solutions in a Google search. They made a new set of dentures for me, but I’m not wearing them yet because they don’t fit properly. When I informed the clinic about this, they told me I’m more than welcome to return, I just haven’t found a moment yet. Despite the fact that I’m not too happy with the dentures, I still had an overall good experience.

I was really impressed with the clinic and their services. I hope the end product will fit properly. At some point, I’ll probably go back, but it’s quite a mission to go through the whole denture-making process again.

Dr. Rita did an extraction and fitted a temporary bridge for me. I found her after I’d searched available clinics in the area. I was happy with the information the website provided. Did I get a good deal? This is a debatable point seeing as I got zero back from the medical aid that costs a fortune every month.

The clinic made a positive impression. The cost was a small amount, but they charged me for things like telling me how to use the little brushes you put between your teeth or something (this wasn’t great). The doctor drew up a proposal for the work I still need to get done (replacing the main bridge and a whole bunch of other treatments). It’s too expensive for me right now and I can’t get any support from the medical aid. I was treated by Dr. Rita Nel herself, and I quite liked her approach and the way she interacts with patients. I'd give them a 3.7/5

I would like to fully recommend Smile Solutions. I have been needing dentures as my real teeth were all cracked and crumbled, this fact alone made extraction exceptionally difficult. Added to that, I am terrified of needles. They are so kind and professional. Dr. Redelinghuys and her assistant Faith, have been excellent. They have been my rock. They have worked at a pace I am comfortable with and have held my hand every step of the way. I couldn't ask for anything more. I am ecstatically happy with my experience thus far and have seen happy clients young and old walking in and out of their offices.

I enquired about dentures on this platform. Smile Solutions were the first to contact me and they followed up. They confirmed my first appointment, were accommodating when I was running a little late. They were compassionate and friendly during that appointment. They allayed my fears, answered all my questions and made me feel like I was part of their family. They furnished me with a very reasonable quote and said they could work at my pace as I have no medical aid. This Clinic and everyone who works there, and I mean everyone, is the most wonderful clinic I have ever been to. I can't imagine anyone not wanting to go there. You will never regret joining this 'family'. Trully amazing.

I had a dentist consultation with Dr. Rita Nel at the Smile Solutions Clinic and while the consultation was quite costly and expensive, the service was good and the consultation was informative.

The clinic was good, the service was great, the consultation and doctors were very professional but the cost of the consultation was quite steep.
