Good day Mr.Zeelie,
Thank you for your kind words about the good services offered by Dr.Dippenaar, and I am glad that you are happy with the work.
However, I fear there has been a tremendous misunderstaning in connection with your motivational letter. We emailed you a treatment plan with all your codes and costing in order to assist you with your medical aid, and would have been sufficient if it was done in our surgery.
You then returned with the letter from your medical aid requesting the hospital pre-authoriastion details such as practice number etc. We then spoke telephonically and I asked if you had decided to have the work done in surgery, and that I would then get all details as stipulated by your medical aid, but would not provide these until your overdue account had been settled.
You then returned again questioning whether your extractions would be done in our surgery at our offices or in theatre. I clearly indicated that that decision lies on your shoulders, but that financially it would be more affordable if done in the chair as then it would just be our costs, which you have, and the minimum fee from an anaethetist which I could only provide to you once you had given us dates that suit you for the treatment and we know which anaethetist would then be available.
Our last phone call ended in that you would let me know which dates suited you.
I will send all your information that you requested in order to have the procedure done in hospital as well as book a date.
Kind Regards,
Alicia
