Dear Dr Thomas. I would like to congratulate you. I was at your rooms today First class welcome by our receptionist and then treated by a young Indian dr. Wow, I will never go to another dentist.

Well done you have lovely and highly capable staff.

Superb. Considerate, friendly, patient and affordable. Children friendly and very modern.

I (like many other people out there) have a fear for a dentist. I visited another practice about a month ago and was told I needed to have a root canal procedure done, they did a quick fox in the meantime for me, whilst I was placed on a waiting list for root canal. The quick fix left me feeling that I was hit in my face, swollen and very tender. 3 Weeks later, and still nothing. (not a care in the world that I was in pain)

I phoned Dr. Thomas's rooms yesterday, told them what happened and they immediately helped with an appointment. What an experience! Dr Thomas is so gentle, and makes you feel comfortable throughout the process. He (as well as all the staff I met today) is so energetic, vibey, friendly and just amazing. From the moment you enter the reception, you feel welcome.

I highly recommend him and his practice, for any dental work. I actually walked out today, with no pain even after the beginning process of root canal. I am so happy with my new forever dentist. They are here to actually help their patients, and not just make money out of them. A dentist with a passion for what he does. Thank you Dr Thomas and team for changing my mind about dentists today. You are such an amazing bunch!

What a pleasant experience, had my wisdom extracted by Dr Thomas...I must say he is the best dentist I've come across. I was anticipating lots of pain after my extraction but to my surprise hardly any pain at all I still can't believe it. Would recommend Dr Thomas to anyone without a doubt. Doctor Thomas, is a brilliant dentist he is extremely good at his work and very friendly. He managed to fix my teeth with braces in 3 years and helped me to avoid having to go for surgery, and relieved my headaches that were a result of my teeth that wasn't in the correct position, he fixed what a different dentist couldn't fix.

You won't regret visiting him he wants the best outcome for his clients and can be trusted with any dental work. His staff is also very helpful and always friendly to the customers.

I'm 32 and was Dr Thomas's patient when I was 8 lol. I've had to change Dr's when we moved around 12, but he has always been the standard I've measured every single dentist against. Reading these reviews made me glad that not much has changed :)

Dr Thomas keep up the good work, my 7 years old boy had 9 teeth with holes he was so scared but you made him feel at home easter eggs was there. Friendlies doctor I have ever met, even during my nursing practises I never experienced such a kind professional like you, doctor, it's much appreciated. I arrived at the consulting rooms of Dr Thomas and Partners very anxious as I have a deep fear of dentists. I had a very bad tooth ache and was close to tears from the pain. I had a badly broken tooth extracted.
My experience was just out of this world. from the moment I walked in the receptionist was just amazing. She made me feel at home. The place is welcoming. Dr Thomas explained every single process to me and made me relax and feel comfortable. My expected pain never came. I want to thank the entire staff for welcoming me and it felt like I've been there before. Talk about VIP treatment indeed. Thank you so very much for all the patience you had with me yesterday. My son (7) had 10 teeth with holes in them they were patched and two had to be taken out.

Out of fear that my son would be in great pain, I was shocked at how my son eat right away when he came out of theatre. My son says that he's dentist is his friend.

Dr. Thomas really gives 5 star treatment and makes kids feel at home!

I just went for a normal dental routine to clean my teeth. I already made another appointment, Dr Thomas make you feel at home and you forget about the pain from a dentist.

Excellent service

I'm so glad I found Dr Thomas. I was soooo nervous of dentists after seeing a previous dentist with a passion for drilling (she should have been a miner). Dr Thomas on the other hand was friendly. He explained what he was doing. He looked at the tooth with the problem, without banging on every other tooth first, and he gave me options. I would defiantely recommend him to everyone I know. I'm not at all nervous to go to him. He is Awesome!!

Easy to find. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. Obviously enjoy their jobs, which is very important as happy staff mean happy customers.

Doctor Thomas is an outstanding gentleman. The most welcoming and friendly individual. He set me at ease and he has gone above and beyond to help me.
