I had my wisdom tooth extracted yesterday, and believe me when I say I was nervous and anxious as I haven't had a dental procedure done in years.

Dr Moosa & Dr Ismail & team made me feel so much at ease. Dr Ismail is amazing at what he does the way he explains everything and talks one through the process.

Before I knew it my tooth was out and I didn't feel a thing, I couldn't believe it. It really was a pleasant & painless experience. Thank you Dr Moosa & Dr Ismail & team for what you have done for me. I'll never forget it...you guys are truly amazing.

This was probably my best dental experience to date. The receptionist, Yoneli, was patient and helpful throughout the process and both Dr Sayed + Dr Ismail were so considerate.

I was in safe hands with Dr Ismail for the wisdom tooth extraction. He did such a great and painless job that I wanted to cry tears of joy after he was done. 10/10 would recommend.

Was also lucky to stumble on them during women's month because I got a 20% discount on the consultation 😉

I had 6 crowns and a root canal treatment done which was an experience I’ve dreaded but also needed because I didn’t like how my teeth looked but today I’m happy with the end result, I have to say, Dr Ismail(The senior Dr) has to be one of the best Dental Dr’s I’ve come across, not only because of his experience and skills but how he interacts with his patients and makes you feel calm even with the drilling sound in the background.

He listens to what your expectations are for your teeth and makes adjustments accordingly whilst paying attention to finer details of your teeth structure.

I had quite a long journey with my treatment but every time, he welcomed me with a warm smile.

I would absolutely recommend the practice, the prices are reasonable, the practice is clean and the Dr’s, as well as the staff, are friendly.

I’ve had no problems since I had my white filling done at this clinic. We've completed the follow-ups now. It was worth the price.

There was no pain during the procedure, but I did have some afterwards (nothing unbearable, though). The clinic looked clean. Everything was okay.

This was the cheapest clinic I could find for braces. I’ve started the process now, but I’m still going for sessions with them. My next appointment is on Saturday.

Perhaps more attention to detail would be good (the clinic had spelt my name incorrectly). The price was reasonable, but I can’t say much more because we’re not done with the fitting yet.

I’ve had extensive work done at Dental Centre. I found them online and liked what I’d read, so I went there for an x-ray, examination, bridge and laser treatment for gum disease. They met all my expectations and I paid for exactly what I wanted.

At the moment, we’re in the process of inserting the bridge, so I have the laser treatment in between (it strengthens my gums by improving the blood flow). I have about two appointments every week.

I really enjoy interacting with the staff. They have a team of vibrant young women who are brilliant at their jobs. I started going to them in March and have an implant scheduled for June.

I’ve had great service from the day I arrived. The quoted price stayed the same no matter how many times I had to go back to them. I also saved a bit of money because they gave me the old price before the increase.

I had a consultation at Dental Centre because I want to have my teeth cut, but I ended up having a teeth cleaning as well. They were the cheapest place I could find. My medical aid covered most of the bill and I paid about R300.

The clinic is very spacious and managed by a lovely team. My dentist was pleasant. Overall it was a good experience

I didn't really think I got value for money. I went to get a quote for adult braces. I knew it wasn't going to come cheap. The orthodontist was warm and friendly. However, I requested the most cost-effective option. I received one option and one quote. Thought I would receive advice on cheapest and most expensive options. Anyways, my search continues and I will keep them in mind.

There is room for improvement. I sent an email to request their fees for a consultation. The reply was very unprofessional. Said, "Hi, R500". No, thank you for contacting XYZ. Same with the phone call. When I arrived they had me and another patient confused. My appointment also ran 15 minutes late. In a tough economic environment like this, you really need to step up your game to set you apart from others. People already form an opinion about your practice by just picking up the phone.

I went for a dental consultation at Dental Centre in Century City. I was satisfied with the service and the pain medication the dentist gave me.

While I was very impressed with how well I was received and the professionalism of the staff, unfortunately, they couldn’t help me. I came to the dentist for a tooth extraction and they don’t do extractions. However, the dentist gave me some good advice and recommendations. The service was good, but I can’t give them five stars because I didn’t get what I wanted.
