About Neo Smiles Dental Studio Kovan

Neo Smiles Dental Studio Serangoon is a specialist braces clinic located in Serangoon Central Drive, Singapore.  Neo Smiles specialises in orthodontic dental treatment, including metallic & ceramic brackets, orthodontic appliances, and clear aligners including Invisalign, and Damon Metal and Damon Clear Braces.  

Neo Smiles is headed by Dr Neo Bijuan, a renowned specialist in orthodontic treatment.  She is a Visiting Specialist at the National Dental Centre of Singapore and a clinical tutor with the Faculty of Dentistry at the National University of Singapore.  

Dr Neo received her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) at the National University of Singapore, and subsequently received a scholarship for her Orthodontics Specialist Training at the National University of Singapore.  She obtained obtained her Masters of Dental Surgery (Orthodontics) from the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh.  Dr Neo Bijuan is an accredited Specialist in Orthodontics with the Singapore Dental Council.

Beyond braces, Neo Smiles also provides a full suite of dental treatment, including General Cleaning, Extractions (Normal and Wisdom Tooth), Tooth Whitening, Fillings & Restoration, Dentures and Pain Management.  Neo Smiles is equipped with the latest dental equipment and technology, to enable the highest level of treatment care, while also providing the most luxuriant of environments, allowing our clients to sit back and relax before and during treatment.

Biography:

Dr. Neo obtained her Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree at the National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2005, where she was awarded the Faculty of Dentistry Diamond Jubilee Gold medal (2002), and the Robert Lin Memorial Medal (2003) for being best in Physiology and Pharmacology respectively.

With a keen interest in improving smiles with braces, Dr Neo proceeded to pursue a graduate course in Orthodontics at NUS and graduated with a Master of Dental Surgery (Orthodontics) and a Membership in Orthodontics from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.

Dr Neo is an accredited orthodontist on the Singapore Dental Council’s Specialist Register. She is a member of the Singapore Dental Association and Association of Orthodontists Singapore. Dr Neo was also previously an Associate Consultant / Visiting Clinician at the National Dental Centre Singapore.

Dr Neo is proficient in managing a wide range of dental malocclusions. Her clinical interests include conventional braces treatment, braces for patients with jaw discrepancies, Invisalign treatment, and modification of growth and eruption for young growing children.


As a Specialist in Orthodontics, I am able to create beautiful smiles to my patients and friends everyday. As they see the change in the mirror, I know that I am not just straightening their teeth, but also changing their lives for the better. A beautiful smile gives my patients confidence, and me pure joy.
