Dr. Sanmartín did his pre-dental undergraduate studies at Creighton University, Omaha, Nebraska. Holds a DDS degree from Brazil. He is an active member of the American Dental Association, American Association of Hospital Dentists, Federation Dentaire Internationale, Panamanian Dental Association. Teaches Dental Anesthesiology, Hospital Dentistry and Dental Practice Management at Universidad Latina, School of Dentistry.
He is past president of the Panamanian Dental Association and has received several awards, including one from the Federación Odontológica de Latinoamérica, a regional branch of the FDI for his contributions to Dentistry. Dr. Sanmartín is a prestigious international speaker and contributing author of scientific articles in Dental Tribune and many more journals from Spain and Latin America.
Annually, Dr. Sanmartín attends workshops with the top global instructors in recognized teaching institutions in the United States to keep abreast of the latest techniques and materials in Dentistry.
