Practice for almost 19 years. In addition to clinical practice he has been involved in teaching as an associate professor at a local dental college in Islamabad and also has to his credit the experience of teaching at a world class university, the National University of Singapore faculty of dentistry. He has taught at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels and has numerous publications both locally and internationally. He has been an invited speaker at a number of conferences and has conducted courses at various institutions.

Undergraduate teaching appointments for the last six years, and is actively involved with the academic activities for Pakistan Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, being the Regional Coordinator for the twin cities. He also has membership from the International Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, and sits on the OMFS subspecialty committee in the College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan.

Graduate of 2003 and later did a four year FCPS postgraduate training in restorative dentistry with emphasis on endodontics (root canal treatment) in compliance with the standards set forth by the College of Physicians and Surgeons, Pakistan. Dr. Fahad provide comprehensive dental care including fillings, root canal treatment, crowns and bridges in addition to cosmetic dentistry including bleaching and veneers.
