Up until last year I had seen Dr Marco for about eight years. I missed last year as I didn’t go south for the winter. Dr Marco has put in the majority of my crowns and arranged for all of the root canals I’ve had done in Algadones.

Only in need of dental work the last year and a half, so dental treatment is new to me. My American experience was horrible. The Dentist in Denver almost killed me. I was sent all of the place for a root canal. In the last appointment,
as the Dentist was putting on the crown, I had a stroke/seizure. I woke up to
resuscitation by Emergency Professionals.

No more seeing 4 dental offices for one treatment. So shopped online, and found great reviews for Vivant. Through emails and phone conversations with Zihad Lopez, the patient coordinator, I made a trip to Vivant in Los Algodones. They were very attentive, reviewed all my dental issues, and began my first step in an implant. Very carefully, used a local anesthesia that would not harm me or stop my heart like epinephrine, but a safe anesthesia, and it was very gentle and timely. My aftercare has been fantastic as I am home in Denver, but have already received 7 follow-ups. I return in 5 months and really look forward to seeing Dr. Marco Ramos and his entire team, dental surgeon and implant specialist in one place and all delighted to review your dental needs. One office does it all. Pricing was slightly higher then the other local Los Algodones dental offices, but for the special care and excellent surgeon, it is so worth it. As a doctor myself, this is the most professional office I have been to in over 20 years, and this is how medicine should be, especially dental care. I highly recommend this dentist office. I am a cancer survivor of one year and the chemo took almost all of my top row teeth, they made me a denture and I am so happy, thank everyone for all your help I’m going back for the bottom teeth in the future. The staff and the dentist were amazingly friendly and caring.

The Town was very safe, the clinic was very clean,Dr. Marco and his Implantologist Dr. Olvera, explained the treatment plan thoroughly to where I had no questions or doubts. Their point man, Zaid, did a great job at coordinating, he came up with an itinerary of what my days there would be like and it turned out exactly as he said, which makes it great!!

Their office was full, but Dr. Marco took the time necessary to explain my whole treatment with x-rays and pictures. They treated me kindly and did not feel pressured into doing anything I did not want.

I had a broken tooth and a temp bridge that I wanted to make permanent.
State side I had 2 estimates both in the 10's of thousands. As result I looked south to Mexico. Using the whatclinic app I got several reaches. When described what I needed all estimates were similar in nature. What set Vivant apart and why I decided to go with them Zaid my contact and their point man actually asked me to take pictures of my mouth and forward them to him.

I knew when I got their estimate it was based on the factual condition of my teeth. My experience was honestly without a wrinkle. The entire staff were not only welcoming but entirely professional. The facility was modern and very clean. I am completely satisfied.

Our experience with Dr Marco and his staff was excellent. My husband and I both ended up having to have different procedures done, including a root canal, sinus repair, and bone graft. For a long time I’ve been wanting a beautiful smile, but not being able to, due to the high prices in the United States, I decided to travel to Los Algodones.

I enquired and had many options, ended up choosing Vivant Smile Design because the service was incredible from the first moment I had contact with them. They were patient and answered all my questions and provided me with a treatment plan and a quote before heading in.

Not only did they create a treatment plan, but also arranged everything else as to transport, lodging and a full itinerary of what my 3 days there would consist of.

I stayed 2 nights and 3 days at Hotel California Comfort Suites, where I only paid for the deposit, which I got back at check-out. I am looking forward to coming back in 6 months for my crowns on the implants, and recommend anyone to Dr Marco for the best service in Algodones!
