My husband and I have been coming for at least 10 years. Dr Arce is a man of the hugest integrity and skill. Five years ago my husband was told by a dentist in Seattle that he needed a very extensive procedure on a tooth that hurt. When we went to see Dr. Arce my husband told him all that he needed done and Dr. Arce said” I don’t think so I think I just need to ground it down a little.” He didn’t charge us and he has had no pain at all.

My wife and I had some dental work done here and are very satisfied. I would recommend Dr. Arce to others. I experienced no pain and no complications. Cinthia, his assistant, grew up in the US, speaks perfect American English, and is a pleasure to work with.

The costs are very reasonable and Cinthia is preparing the forms we need to submit to our dental insurance company, Delta Dental.

All and all, a great experience.

After researching many dentists online, I traveled from Washington state a couple weeks ago to see Dr. Roberto Arce with the Smile Shoppe to get 12 crowns put on my upper front teeth. They are absolutely beautiful!!! I came down thinking I wanted veneers to give me the smile I always wanted but Dr. Arce explained the advantages and disadvantages of veneers vs. crowns and laid it out for me to decide. There was absolutely no pressure. The price was extremely competitive and I was working on a tight timeline that he graciously worked Into his schedule. I liked that it was a small shop and I did not feel like a number. His Assistant Cynthia, met me right across the border in Mexico and brought me right to the shop. They had cleared their entire day to work on me due to the border closing early for Covid I got the distinct feeling he truly cares for his patients. I will definitely be returning in a few months for my bottom crowns ( and some of my friends and family I am sure). I would not hesitate to choose Dr. Roberto Arce with the Smile Shoppe!

Excellent - better than stateside - these two young dentists did the job and i had little pain and never needed any pain meds - the work was completed on time and without delay. Save your cash and come to Mexico - the Smile Shoppe is the place to go!

Very clean, efficient, caring and a great atmosphere. One suggestion: give written instructions for extraction care and partial care. A person can't remember all the verbal instructions. Back the instructions up with writing.
