I needed a dental implant for my right, top incisor. The crown I had, broke off the post after 20yrs. Estimates from two dentists in the Phoenix area near me were over $4,000 so I looked into dental treatment offered in Mexico, which I had heard was good quality and low prices, if you know who to choose. My older brother had used the Smile Center for dental care a year ago, and he strongly recommended them. In fact, he needed to return for final placement and crowns for my sister-in-law. Although I was somewhat sceptical, we planned our trip and emailed Dr Sigrid Lopez who explained the necessary treatment and she recommended the California Hotel to stay overnight. We drove across the border directly to the dental office, parked in front and met the staff. They are wonderful; so gracious, knowledgeable and friendly! The office is very clean and modern with state-of-the-art equipment and procedures. Our treatment was highly professional, as good as any dentist we’ve had in the USA, and almost totally pain-free. I only used a couple of ibuprofen, not even any of the pain medication they prescribed for me. When we returned across the border by car it was only a 15min wait in line and no problems even though my passport had expired. I highly recommend Smile Center and Dr Sigrid Lopez for their outstanding, professional dental practice. They truly care about giving you the best treatment and results!

This work was all done for 25% of the price I was quoted in the USA. My dentists and oral surgeons were outstanding, and there was always someone there to interpret when I needed it. Unlike American dentists, they actually LISTENED to me when I expressed my needs, instead of trying to talk me into something else. When I told them the local anaesthetic was wearing off, no one said "It'll just be a few more minutes..." - They just administered a new round of anaesthetic. I would wholeheartedly recommend Guadalajara Dental Clinic in Los Algadones to anyone looking for quality dental work at a reasonable price.

Upon receiving recommendations to getting dental done in Mexico, I arrived and went to multiple clinics, and interviewed and reviewed facilities. I found Rancherito to be forthcoming with honesty and answers. They listened and put a plan together that met my timeframes and needs. I left with a smile, as big as theirs when I first walked through that door. You know you are in the right place when you can meet and speak with the owner. I now take my parents there also.

I had a fractured tooth pulled in October by my dentist in Dansville, NY. She told me a three-unit bridge (1 full pontic and 2 anchor crowns) would cost a little over $3000. I declined because I knew I could have it done in Los Algodones, Mexico, a 15-minute drive from Yuma, for much less. Today I had new porcelain fused to a metal permanent bridge installed on my third visit to Fine Quality Dental. The first was an initial consultation/exam and the second was the prep work. My experience with Dr Charles Zuman and his assistants was excellent from beginning to end. I researched his and other clinics in detail prior to selecting him. The bridge and procedure are as good as could be obtained in the US. Its total cost was $750. If Dr Zuman practised in my home area I would switch to him as my dentist even if he charged American prices for regular services. If any of you are facing expensive dental work there are places outside the US where you can get equal quality work for less than a third of the cost.
