He is graduated from Kaunas University of Medicine in 2000. In Vilnius University he completed his training in oral surgery (2003) and maxillofacial surgery (2006). He passed the exams and became a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh as of 2005. Present positions of his are Consultant in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Vilnius University and Vilnius Implantology Center. Moreover, he carries on his PhD studies in Riga Stradins University (Latvia), has published three scientific articles and has delivered more than ten lectures in international conferences. He is a member of Lithuanian Association of Maxillofacial Surgery as of 2002, a member of Baltic Association of Maxillofacial and Plastic Surgery since 2003 and a member of European Association for Cranio–Maxillofacial Surgery starting from 2005. He devotes most of his time to orthognatic and reconstructive surgery, maxillofacial traumatology and implantology. Moreover, he specializes in jaw reconstruction and distraction osteogenesis prior to dental implantation.
