I am petrified of the dentist, but Geraldine and her team always go above and beyond to ensure that I am as comfortable as possible, and all of their work is done to the highest standard. I had a procedure performed by Dr. Haitham Bashara (who also done a remarkable job and was very reassuring, highly recommend if you’re anyway anxious at the dentist) Dr. Honan understands needles are incredibly stressful for me and offered to give me the local anaesthetic needed for the procedure, (as over the years I had grown comfortable with her administrating a needle) before passing me to Dr Bashara, which she didn’t have to do, but she went above and beyond to make a less stressful experience for me, which was greatly appreciated.
The day after my procedure I emailed the clinic asking a question about aftercare and Geraldine rang me very soon after. The dental nurses I usually come into contact with, Josephine and Sandra are amazing, very friendly, and very compassionate. I also mainly come into contact with Helen and Josephine in the front office who are also amazing at their jobs, they’re very quick to answer the phone and are very good at getting you an appointment for as soon as possible. Other staff in the clinic are also very nice and will always greet you, regardless if you’re their patient or not.
In my opinion, the clinic is good value for money because they do an amazing job for an amazing price, I’ve never left disappointed. I can’t think of anywhere else that prioritises customer service like here.
Overall I would recommend bridge View Dental, I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else.
