Elite Dental Clinic Jakarta

I had a number of fillings done at this clinic. I chose them because it seemed convenient, the staff spoke English and they had good online ratings. Even though the dentist used anaesthesia, I still experienced a bit of pain. I’d say I’m 75% satisfied with the work done. However, compared to the rates I’m used to paying in the States, it’s definitely still a win.

The area the clinic’s situated was a bit rundown, but the place inside was very clean. Staff were also lovely. They knew I’d only be in the area for a week or two, but told me I was more than welcome to return in six months or a year for a check-up. I had an issue with one of the fillings that came loose, but the others are all still okay.

Very swift and painless. Staff was efficient and friendly.

Dr. Niken speaks good english, so patients from overseas can rest assured that there won't be any communication problem. She's very accomodating, helpful and amicable as well. As someone not familiar with Jakarta, I had questions for things rather unrelated to my treatment and she readily answers all of them. The pricing is very reasonable and all the staff present are professional. They were actually willing to open the clinic on an off day for me, whose visit fell during a long holiday in Indonesia. And my treatment isn't anything expensive! I was very impressed. The total cost of my treatment is exactly as previously quoted. Would definitely visit again when I'm around the area and needing dental work. 5/5

I went there only for consulting my teeth problem. I haven't decided to use it or not because of the price is very pricy comparing with the normal braces. The doctor explained to me the process and the difference of each braces.

Doctor Niken and teams were very nice and kind. She explained to me all the questions that I asked in detail, even though I was still considering to use it or not. The place is also very clean and tidy.

Went there for a tooth whitening and purchased a home kit as well - very happy with the service and the significant shift in the teeth color. Very friendly, professional, clean, quick and easy - no complaints at all.

Damon™ Braces, Routine Dental Examination

Damon braces, teeth-related supplies, regular checkups, all that fun jazz. Been using the traditional braces once and damon's less painful. Less frequent checkups is what's appealing to me. Pricey, but something you'd want to consider if you want to get a speedy teeth fix.
Professionally handled. Experienced and helpful staffs. The kind of people that might even give you cookies while waiting if you behave. Was randomly searching for Jakarta-based orthosomething in the web when I was away in the UK to get new braces set and the doctor popped out and responded to my questions lightning fast.

Quick answer to get an appointment which has been set in a very flexible way. Dr Nick is as nice as professional and has honest fee for the treatment I get. I would definitely recommend it, at least for teeth whitening treatment.

Not yet scheduled for treatment.. But I must admit each and every query was answered in detail and in a very professional manner by the doctor itself. All my emails were promptly replied without delay and with such detail to perfection. I would any day recommended anyone who wants to be treated in this clinic. None of the others even bothered to reply except for this one. So thumbs up to this clinic.

I was also infact given an option for a cheaper treatment as the first treatment was beyond my estimated budget. :)
