Visited Hubert Gomes and had treatment in February this year, 2023 . I visited before in 2016 and was extremely pleased with the result. That's why I visited again. I had a great experience getting Braces with Laxmi Dental. I previously had braces in high school, and since then my teeth had shifted so I was no longer happy with how they looked. I was turned away from another orthodontics office in West Delhi because they said my teeth weren't bad enough and "didn't need Braces" - but Dr Priti was welcoming and listened to my concerns. Now with some tweaks and a little straightening/widening of my smile, I love how my teeth look. The whole process was easy, painless and without any hiccups. Each person that I encountered was professional, helpful, and very kind. They make sure that you're happy with the results, and they do their best to answer any questions you may have. After my initial treatment was supposed to be over, I told them I still wanted my smile to look a little "wider" and they were very accommodating, listening to what I wanted, and I ended up going through another set of treatments just so I could achieve the exact look I wanted. I appreciated that they worked hard to give me precisely what I was asking for to make sure I left happy. They do get busy because of their high number of patients, but I still felt welcomed and treated with care. Their customer service is great and their facilities are very nice, which is a plus. I would recommend them to others who are thinking of getting adult braces. The best part is "guarantee" treatment, nowhere else I found. Great fantastic and wonderful clinic.
