Dr Pankaj was very reassuring, made sure I was comfortable, totally at ease and the whole treatment was pain-free. After a struggling battle over 18 months with my teeth & Gums, I decided to do some research. We love India and had heard of many people having dental treatment, we also had a holiday booked. I private messaged GOA DENTAL STUDIO in May 2019 after seeing some great reviews and knowing it wasn’t far from the resort we were planning to visit. I explained my issues and what I would like and also my fears, ( my fear was unbelievable I just wanted a lovely smile but was so frightened it would look wrong and false). I asked what the time frame would be and also the costs involved. Dr Desai asked me to send pictures of my teeth and explained what it looked like I needed without actually seeing and also a time frame and cost (The work & cost was correct from the message consultation) Day 1 - Consultation with Dr Mahi Desai, we discussed how I would like them to look and the materials used and also the colour. We then took a taxi ride for a full mouth X-ray. Day 2 - 90-minute appointment prepping top teeth for veneers, plastic teeth fitted (they looked the same as my natural teeth) Day 3 - 90-minute appointment preparing bottom teeth for veneers, plastic teeth fitted. Day 4 - 60-minute appointment After 5 days my veneers were ready to be fitted, Dr Mahi first showed me what they would look like to see if all was ok and I was happy. Perfect! Day 5 - 50-minute appointment Implants fitted at the back ready for my back teeth and another holiday to the lovely Goa. Day 6 - 10-minute appointment to remove stitches and check all was ok. I couldn’t be happier but not going to lie, depending on your own sensitivity and how well you heal is personnel to yourself. So, remembering the feeling from one tooth out or treatment to one tooth, times that by the work that is being done in a short period of time. The care and attention received was brilliant from Dr Mahi Desai I can definitely recommend Dr Mahi Desai of Goa Dental Studio and thank you for your patience and my beautiful smile (no more bleeding gums or food being lodged).

After a careful examination of my teeth, Dr Rachna and my wife (who works for a dentist) and myself decided on whitening of my lower teeth, scale and polish and eight crowns across the top front to replace the greenish eroding teeth that were there, also one filling was required, plus a home bleaching kit to keep bottom teeth in order. Dr Rachna assured me all would be painless, and her confident manner put me at ease. The first treatment - preparation for the crowns - was 2 days later, it lasted just over 4-hours and was painless. Also, x-ray images were taken to assess any future problems, temporary crowns were fitted, even they looked good. We went back the next day for sensitivity tests, all ok, no root treatment needed. Crowns were ready 4 days later (a day early), got a text whilst on the beach and crowns were fitted 40 minutes later, great service. Scale and polish, whitening and filling were done the day before leaving Goa, the filling did not require anaesthetic, very gentle. The crowns look so natural and colour matched perfectly to lower teeth. I've received a home whitening kit too, it's enough to last around a year. Total cost £1,620, excellent value for the standard of work and in a state of the art surgery, well pleased. Researched this clinic online and was impressed by what I read and saw. Booked an initial consultation from the UK, the place and surgeries are spotless. All the staff I met there are courteous and professional, no hiccups along the way. Dr Rachna keeps the nurses and reception girls up to her very high standards. No doubt I could have got the treatment carried out in Goa for less cost, but I don't think I could have had it done better excellent place.
