He completed his studies of human medicine at the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin in 1997. Subsequently, Dr. med. Gregor Jeske decided to start the study of dental medicine at the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, which he successfully completed in 2003. Until 2005, he worked as an assistant physician in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Berlin-Marzahn accident hospital. Between 2006 and 2008, he worked as a research assistant at the Department of Maxillofacial Surgery at the University Hospital Schleswig-Holstein / Campus Lübeck. In 2008, Dr. Gregor Jeske received his doctorate and a humanitarian mission in the Philippines (in Cagajan de Oro) with Interplast Germany eV In the same year, he received a doctor's appointment in the field of oral and maxillofacial surgery. Between 2008 and 2010, Dr. med. Gregor Jeske worked in a large dentist and MKG practice in Berlin Charlottenburg and Weißensee. In 2009, he was again taken for a humanitarian mission to Cagajan de Oro in the Philippines. In the same year, he received the certification as an implantologist.

From 2005 to 2006 he worked as a doctor in further education in the clinic for general, accident, vascular and thoracic surgery in the Maltese hospital Flensburg. In 2006, Dr. med. Thomas Franke completed his doctorate and worked as a doctor in further education in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology, Otorhinolaryngology and Otorhinolaryngology at the Unfallkrankenhaus in Berlin. From 2008 to 2009, he worked as a doctor in further education in the accident surgery / orthopedic practice Dr. Wiemer in Berlin. From 2009 to 2012, Dr. med. Thomas Franke worked as a research assistant at the Clinic for Oral, Maxillofacial and Plastic Facial Surgery at Charité Berlin. In the meantime, he graduated in dentistry.
