I am from the United States of America. I first came to this office last year to have dental implants oral surge done. I am very impressed with the professionalism and quality of the work. They even were able to accommodate me when I had some travel issues. The cost of having my work done was a fraction of the cause that it would have caused me back home. Any major dental work that I may ever need will always be done at this office. I would recommend this office to anyone who needs cosmetic or dental surgery done.

I had veneers done at Helio Dental and it was fantastic! Everything was just great, starting from the reception staff, to the dentists, all the way to the great smile I ended up with! Highly recommended!

Nice staff and I loved the service and results after laser teeth whitening. But the only thing: it is better from beginning they would mention total cost (in the messages someone Said that the price 4K but at the end invoice was 4,7k that would put someone into an uncomfortable situation in case it would bring not enough cash )

Dr.Ahmed Shousha is very caring, compassionate, and patient with a desire to make his patients happy with their results, and has a way of making them calm and relaxed. He will always be my dentist.

The whole experience was very satisfactory, the staff were very friendly, the claim nic was coean and well designed, the doctor was so professional, and the dentistry chair and tools were ergonomic enough to facilitate the teeth cleaning process and the results were great and matched the best of my expectations.

Finished 2 front implants with porcelain crowns installation in single visit without any pain :D

Me and my wife needed lot of dental work while we had our annual holiday in Cairo. More than 10 crowns, some root canals, filling were done. We had regular treatment sessions, non of them postponed, all done in time.
Treatment was painless, sessions were quick and all successful.
Doctor Ahmed is very patient oriented.

Reception: Excellent reception and communication and friendliness, the reception responded to my query sent within few hours. They would always answer calls or phone back once available.
Scheduling: Organized schedules, reminders and rescheduling when necessary smoothly done.
Place : in central area near Roxy square in Khalifa al Maomoon
Cleanliness: Very clean, there was slight maintenance in the main building but for an upgrade i guess.
Ambiance: Modern relaxed ambiance with nice furniture and color tones.
Doctor :Dr. Ahmed is talented, caring and understanding, he has great interest in explaining what is to be expected and takes all the time to make sure all your questions are answered. He is very keen his work has best outcome and minimal discomfort. Personally he is very friendly and polite.
Equipment : High end equipment. Digital X rays, Dental Cam.
I am usually very interested about the sterilization and infection control in clinics especially Dental and Dr. Ahmed took all measures to make sure his clinic meets the highest standards of sterilization.
Assistants - Professional, helpful and understanding, You can notice the calm, quite and smooth atmosphere among the doctor and assistants, they never raised their voice and were always present.

So if your are looking for a clinic which is well organised, clean, talented with quality high end equipment then i do truly recommend this clinic for you.

We moved to Cairo several months ago and my husband had some urgent fixes to be done on his teeth, having no specific reference here I checked in the internet for a good dental clinic based on patients reviews.
That's how my husband first went to Helio Dental clinic and met Dr Ahmed Hossam Shousha, who performed the needed treatments on his teeth with incredible perfection.

As a satisfied patient, usually bring at least one, this was my turn to go and have my teeth checked.
Dr Ahmed started by making a clear assessment on the needed treatments and the time frame working on my teeth will take.
He took time to explain everything and asked for my prior agreement to start the work .
In a very short period of time I had 3 root canals, a nice crown, and a wisdom tooth extraction.

Dr Ahmed performed each treatment with lot of dedication, and high professionalism.
He always went the extra mile when needed , he even opened the clinic on his off day to finish pulling my wisdom tooth.

I really respect Dr Ahmed's conservation and holistic approach in dealing with dental problems, he refused to open my gum in order to extract my stubborn tooth, while I gave him the green light to do.
He rather put more stress on himself and kept working on it, till it was out with minimum damage.
Every treatment I had in the clinic went amazingly good and was followed by a very fast recovery and a barely noticeable pain.

As a conclusion, I highly recommend Helio Dental clinic, and give them a 5 stars for the highly professional service, the impeccable hygiene, the high tech medical equipment.
