Adolfo A. Arthur Nouel, graduated as a Doctor in Dentistry, from the Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo in 1963. He is a Specialist in Oral Surgery and Maxillofacial Orthopedics, graduated from the Universidad de Buenos Aires and the Asociación Argentina de Ortopedia Funcional de los Maxilares in 1966. Head professor of Oral Surgery at the Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo, with 34 years of teaching experience. Stomatologist at the Instituto Dermatológico y Cirugía de Piel since 1968.

Biography:
Miguel Arthur Rodger, graduated as a Doctor in Dentistry from the Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo, in 1995. Specialty in Orthodontics and Maxillary Orthopedics, graduated from the Asociación Argentina de Ortodoncia y la Asociación Argentina de Ortopedia Funcional de los Maxilares in 1997. Professor of the Orthodontics Clinic of the Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo and the Panoramic Radiograph Clinic of the Universidad Católica de Santo Domingo.
