Everyone is super friendly and amazing at their jobAndroula, UK, 18 02 21

Literally, THEE best dentists!! I’ve been dealing with one of my teeth for 3 years in the UK and this dental practice was able to fix it in one session. My front tooth was chipped due to the dentist I went to in the UK and I wasn’t confident enough to smile or talk to people because of it. But today they fixed my front tooth and I feel so confident!! Everyone is super friendly and amazing at their job!! I recommend this place to anyone looking for a dentist in CY.

The dentist and nurse were exceptional in their care of meKen, Cyprus, 07 02 23

I have nothing but praise for the Oroklini Dental Care. On entering the Clinic I was met by a friendly Receptionist. The friendliness did not end there. Dentist George and Nurse Julie were exceptional in their care of me even though my severe gagging condition would have been challenging to them and me. I will be returning in the future. Though hopefully not too soon. Thank you Oroklini Dental Care. God bless.

Dentures
What is a denture? A denture is a removable replacement for missing teeth and adjacent supportive tissues. It is made of acrylic resin, sometimes in combination with various metals.Complete dentures replace all the teeth, while a partial denture fills in spaces created by missing teeth and prevents other teeth from changing position. Kinds of dentures Complete dentures are either conventional or immediate.A conventional denture is placed in the mouth about a month or two after all the teeth are removed. The delay is necessary to allow tissues to heal. On the other hand, an immediate denture is placed immediately after the extractions or it is prepared in advance and fitted on the day the extractions are completed, so that the patient can leave the office not without teeth, but actually with all his/her new teeth. Importance of dentures A denture improves chewing ability and speech, and provides support for facial muscles. Additionally, it enhances the appearance and smile. Advice for denture wearers 1. New denture wearers need time to get accustomed to their new teeth, because even the best fitting dentures will feel awkward at first. 2. Also for the new denture wearers it is normal to expect some discomfort during eating, for several days to a few weeks. They might need a few appointments for post insertion adjustments. 3. To prevent breaking denture, brush it over a towel or sink half-filled with water. Lightly brush dentures with a soft nylon toothbrush or recommended denture brush. Dentures should be cleaned daily because plaque forms on dentures in the same way it forms on natural teeth. 4. Place dentures in a cleanser overnight or for at least 20 minutes daily. This should remove most stains and keep mouth infections and odors down. 5. Massage your gums daily with a soft tooth brush for one minute once daily or as directed. 6. Do not forget your dental check-ups,
Dental Crowns
What are tooth crowns? Dental crowns cover the entire visible surface of your affected teeth that are no longer structurally sound, adding strength, durability and tooth stability. Who is candidate for tooth crowns? Teeth with root canalsCracked or broken teethTeeth with large fillingsGrinding your teeth and age are contributing factors in the wearing out.Procedure On the first appointmentAfter the first impressions are taken, the tooth is prepared, then the last impressions are followed (those that are sent to the technician with the instructions of the proper color). Finally a temporary crown is placed while the laboratory is constructing the crown. On the final appointment The permanent crown, ready from the laboratory is cemented onto the tooth. Types of tooth crowns There are basically 2 types of crowns, those made of ceramic crowns and metal-ceramic crowns. The group with the higher strength until recently was the second type of crowns, but after the application of Zirconium Oxide in the first group, the results are very promising as well. Undoubtedly, the all porcelain type of crown has the nicest appearance.
