Beyond System is a professional teeth whitening solution carried out at our clinic. The whitening process involves applying a gel coating on your teeth and exposing it to Beyond lamp. The results are visible within 15-30 minutes. This procedure is completely pain-free and the only possible side effect is a slight over-sensitivity of the teeth that disappears after a few hours. We can also install an intraoral appliance which is used by patients to whiten their teeth at home. We also offer the whitening of devitalised teeth (teeth from which the nerve has been removed) and darkened teeth. The implantation of one or more implants allows You the substitution of your lost (removed) teeth without having to perform any sanding without having to wear a prosthesis.

The process is entirely pain-free with the use of local anaesthetics and the pain after surgery is minimal. If swelling does appear, it is often minor and disappears in 2-3 days.

Implanted teeth are a biocompatible substitute made of titanium alloy that is inbuilt into the jaw bone, which fuses (osseointegrates) with the bone itself over time, replacing the natural tooth root as a carrier fixture for the future prosthetic substitute (teeth).
After the implant teeth incision, the time of osseointegration might last from 4-6 months depending on the primary stability of the implanted material and the quality of the jaw bone. The success rate is 99%.
The procedure itself involves two phases
1. surgical implant incision phase
2. phase of extension fixing onto the implant and the manufacture of the prosthetic piece.
Recently, implantology has significantly advanced and the tendency is to more frequently undergo immediate loading of implants with the patient receiving their prosthetic substitute (teeth) within 24 hours.
