Dental Center Diparr- Tenerife

It was my husband's and my second trip to Tenerife, where he had to get some dental treatment done, but he suggested that I get checked aswell, I had a lose bottom tooth, but prior to that I had two molars pulled out back home, and a little bone loss on that side, and they did just a little x-ray on that side. But they didn't say anything about having a chronic infection which I found out when I got checked at Diparr centre when Rafael looked at it, the 3d scan was like something from a Steven King movie, I really couldn't believe it because my teeth looked alright from the outside. But to cut this story short, they pulled out all of my teeth, teeth impressions, fitted my top teeth first with plastic teeth, which took about three hours for pulling and fitting. Came back next day for bottom teeth which took another three hours at the most. I forgot to mention some bone graft was done too. Anyway, I had those plastic teeth in my mouth for about six months, but after four months of wearing them i had an accident and broke half of the top teeth, so had to go back and get them repaired. They were stained from tea and coffee they were hard to keep white, but they were a must-have to eat with till I got my porcelain teeth last week which I find much better and I can eat almost anything and smile with confidence. I must thank all at Diparr dental for a fantastic customer service, the staff and Rafael were really friendly and understanding, if you're ever in Tenerife and have a tooth ache or just a check up I would and definitely highly recommend it.

With Diparr in Los Cristianos, Tenerife, I found the medical help no Belgian dentist offered me. The Diparr Team is kind, understanding, and very professional. Their high-tech medical equipment allows very exact diagnoses. I experienced the best service and compliance with the limited duration of my stay in Tenerife.

I have had a considerable amount of work done with Diparr and I found the experience to be first-class in all aspects of my care. I visited this surgery as my husband had had implants done 2 year ago therefore I was assured of the excellent support he received. I was absolutely petrified as I have always been afraid of dentists. I had all on 6 implants done. I can honestly say I felt nothing and in fact was told I fell asleep on chair (3.5 hours). Dr Raphael was amazing. All his staff are amazing, a special mention of Tracy on front desk. She actually gave me a hug before I went in.

The after sales again was amazing often them ringing me in England. He placed temporary teeth I until I return in June for my permanent implants. Even the temporary ones are excellent. Thank you so much & apologies for all my nerves before hand. We have recommended someone from our hotel who asked who we used & they going out at Easter for consultation. I just broke a tooth but when I was shown the inside of my mouth, with its jumble of fillings, I decided to bring forward my plans for dental implants. I had chosen Diparr after reading excellent reviews and for its level of access. At 77, using a wheelchair, and with muscular problems which restricted how far & how long my mouth would open- I was not the easiest of patients!

Early morning (my best time) appointments were scheduled but sometimes even then I couldn’t cope for long & they were rearranged. All done with patience, understanding, and awareness of my flight back to the UK. Always I knew exactly what was happening & how much it would cost. When all was complete my mouth showed no old fillings just a perfect set of teeth which should mean minimal dentistry for many years.

As I thanked the staff for the professionalism and kindness they had shown, I caught sight, in a mirror, of my new beautiful smile.

Unexpected visit as my tooth broke on holiday and had it replaced with a crown. The diagnosis was clear and issues showed clearly via technology. Professional and excellent service from all at Diparr. Had used them a few years before and the service again was second to none.

I write my experience with DENTAL CENTER DIPARR to help people to choose a good dental structure, (I want to clarify because many of them are not, they improvise as a Dentists Doctor).

We're coming to Tenerife for years, and I had started my dental treatment in a clinic recommended by a friend.

But unfortunately, I had the feeling that they're not doing a good treatment, although having already spent money, I'd stop.
February 2019 a tooth broke, desperate, not wanting to go to the old dentist anymore, I started my long search on Google and finally reading all the positive reviews (that's why I want to write my experience) I decided to take my first appointment at the DIPARR Clinic.
The first visit was traumatic for me by discovering the true state of my teeth.
I'd cried for anger found that if I kept going to the old dentist he would have had implants despite some teeth are full of infections.
I realized how important the avant-garde machinery are, the excellent products but above all having the professionalism of a TRUE DENTIST DOCTOR in front of you.
He showed me the status one by one of my teeth on a 3d screen, he explained me everything I should have done, in all the smallest details.
From the first moment, my instinct told me that I am finally in the right place.

The work was big , even the surgical level, but since I trusted Dr. Rafael and Dr.ssa Janet. Between 10 implants and 18 crowns, I had absolutely no problems.

No pain, I am the one who afraid of injection, they gave me several anesthesia for the heavy work to be done but they were always delicate, indeed one day Dr. Rafael asked me if I was sleeping, and my response "I am relaxed" this is the trust that will be created between the doctor and the patient. March 2020 I have found again my smiling face, I no longer need to cover my mouth when I smile.

Thank you with all my heart to Dr. Rafael and Dr.ssa Janet who truly have a VOCATION for their work. They put their heart into it by treating their patients as if they were going to do the work to themselves. And in addition to professional beings, they know how to give warmth and attention to their patients, they listen to you, they find the best solutions for you, and for me this was very important. Thanks to all the staff, all the staff so kind and to Emanuel always ready to answer all our questions.

In the meantime, my husband has also done several dental treatments, he is also satisfied and was so happy for me, having chosen the DIPARR Dental Clinic well. I have found again my smile and healthier health.
100% professionalism Excellent prices, for all the treatment that I'd done and included those of my husband, we are really satisfied. 100% cutting edge machinery. Once all is done they give you everything, including the labels and codes of the implants that they put on you. I recommend it 100% and recommend it for both small treatment and large.

Went to the clinic with a broken tooth and found to have abscesses and infection. I am a nervous patient and they put me at my ease. Nothing was too much trouble and the care and attention were excellent. I would highly recommend them if you find yourself needing dental treatment work. Not scared at the dentist after treatment at the clinic.

Dr Janet and Dr Rafael were brilliant! My teeth were in a bad way, I had poor dentures and my other teeth were crooked and in poor repair. I was taken step by step what would happen to me and what I could expect at the end of my treatment. I had extractions, dental implants and crowns fitted all at minimum pain levels which were fantastic! I have to say that all the team supporting Dr Janet and Dr Rafael was also brilliant and nothing was a problem for them.

For 30 years I lacked the confidence to smile, I would cover my mouth when I had to mingle in crowds and after my treatment, everything has changed. I am more confident, outgoing and free to smile at anything I want to, all thanks to a brilliant service which I would recommend to anyone. I had a lot of dental work which started with having all my upper jaw teeth removed and some of the teeth in my lower jaw. I'm not the bravest person in the world but the whole process was totally pain-free. I then had temporary teeth fitted in my upper jaw and I thought that they looked fantastic. A few days later I had my remaining, very crooked, teeth in the front of my lower jaw fitted with crowns. Again, no pain or discomfort and they look natural and perfect. After a wait of 10 weeks, I returned to the clinic and had my upper jaw temporary teeth fitted. What a success. Not one person has realised that I had so much dental work done unless I tell them.

My experience was 100%. I was instilled with confidence from the moment that I walked through the doors of the clinic. Spotlessly clean, all the staff are friendly and kind and very understanding. Raphael is the best dentist ever. Thank you very much and I love my teeth.
