A graduate of University of Saskatchewan (1998), Parviz has had multiple years of experience in private practice as well as academic posting as a clinical instructor. He enjoys all aspects of dentistry, but particularly the cosmetic and surgical disciplines. As a father of four, he appreciates the anxieties of other parents and the children themselves when it comes to dental care and has built a reputation for providing a very gentle positive experience for families (Pediatric Dentistry).
n addition to his private practice, Parviz is the clinic director of the University of Saskatchewan Outreach clinic and is involved in multiple NGOs with various socio-economic developments in Saskatchewan and Central America. He has extensive experience working closely with the First Nations communities in Saskatchewan and believes that dental care should be accessible and affordable to all individuals in the society.
Ali was born and raised in Iran. He graduated from Alborz, one of the most prestigious high schools in the Middle East. He went on to complete BSc and MSc degrees in Microbiology from Azad University in Tehran. Subsequent to his immigration to Toronto, Ali completed a dental degree at the University of Saskatchewan. Upon graduation, representing UofS, he presented an award-winning research paper at the Canadian Dental Association Convention.
Ali has completed periodontics externships at the University of Toronto and Columbia University in New York City.
Since graduation, Ali has also been an active faculty member with the College of Dentistry, Department of Endodontics. Ali enjoys, in particular, the fields of resorative, endodontic, and periodontic dentistry.
