When I had dental problems before, I used to visit Regina Dental Group at Southland Mall as Dr. Lee and his staff were polite, professional, and friendly.
Recently, on May 2, 2017, I went there again. Dr. Austin Lee and his assistant were courteous as usually. After treatment I went to the front desk for payment, and there was a new office assistant (at least I saw and talked to her for the first time that day). There I felt dizzy, and I asked her for water saying that I feel bad. But instead of offering help, she said: "First, sign this bill." I was really surprised to hear it and signed, but even after that she neither showed her care nor gave water. I waited a bit, then I left. And now I am thinking of changing my clinic, where I will feel care about my health, not my money.
