Dr. Jose Da Costa completed an Honours Bachelor of Science degree, in human physiology, at the University of Toronto and graduated as a general dentist, from the University of Toronto, in 1991.
From 1991-2005 he owned and operated a general dental office in the west end of downtown Toronto with an interest in both Endodontics and Implantology. From 1991-2003 he was an Associate in Dentistry, teaching in the department of Oral Anatomy, as well as the Qualifying Program (for foreign trained dentists) at the Faculty of Dentistry, University of Toronto.
Dr Jose Da Costa completed graduate training in Endodontics in 2007 in the Department of Endodontics, Faculty of Dentistry at the University of Toronto under the supervision of Dr. Shimon Friedman; Graduated with a Master of Science in Endodontics and a fellowship in Endodontics from the Royal College of Dentists of Canada.
Currently in private practice, limited to Endodontics, in downtown Toronto, at Profiles Dental Specialists, and in Stoney Creek and currently an Associate in Dentistry in the department of Endodontics, Faculty of Dentistry, University of Toronto teaching in undergraduate and graduate Endodontics.
