Born and raised in the Kitchener-Waterloo area, Dr. Jack is a double graduate of McGill University in Montreal, Quebec (Bachelor of Science 1986; Doctor of Dental Surgery with Honours 1990). A residency at Mount Sinai Hospital, Toronto, continued Dr. Jack’s education where she gained experience in general dentistry, as well as oral surgery, TMJ Clinics, anaesthesia, emergency, and dentistry in the James Bay native communities. She practiced as a general dentist in Toronto, Saskatoon & Waterloo prior to her arrival at Smileworx Dental Clinic in Oakville in 1992. He is a member of the RCDSO, The Ontario Dental Association and The Academy of General Dentistry. Through these associations she takes pride in keeping current in the field of dentistry by participating in many continuing dental education classes. Dr. Jack is an adjunct professor at the University of Toronto Dental School, working enthusiastically as a restorative clinical instructor in the third and fourth year clinics. He and her husband, Matt, an RBC executive, keep busy with their four adult and teenage children. Their black lab,Crosby, keeps both outdoors with walks or runs. Dr. Jack enjoys spinning, yoga, road cycling, skiing, and travelling. Cooking, Netflix and reading to fill whatever time is left. He cares deeply about her patients and their dental needs and takes pride in promising meticulous and predictable dentistry. With over 25 years of experience, Dr. Jack understands the stress many patients feel in the dental chair and carefully works to ensure a patient’s experience is positive.
