After an undergraduate degree at University of Toronto (St. Michael’s College), he earned a Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from State University of New York at Buffalo in 1992. Dr. Zarb completed a residency at the Albany Stratton VA Medical Center, NY, and returned to Toronto to teach part-time at the University of Toronto Dental School and to work in private practice. In 1995, Dr. Zarb initiated specialty training at the School of Dentistry, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He received his Master’s Degree and Certificate in Prosthodontics in 1998. Remaining in North Carolina until 2009, Dr. Zarb built a Prosthodontics and General Dentistry practice focused on meeting ongoing dental needs, restoration and replacement of missing teeth with dental implants, veneers, crowns, bridges and dentures. He served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, in addition to lecturing frequently throughout the Southeastern United States.
