I received a superb service from start to finish
- Efficient from Pick up at Airport to collecting from and dropping back to hotel after treatment to final drop back to airport
- Original Quote for treatment based on X Ray identified same works to be done as was recommended by dental surgery in ireland except BGDenta were over 9000 euro cheaper
BGDENTA staff worked long hours to achieve the time deadline that i had sought often from 10am and working until 10pm and it never seemed a problem.
- There was always a good friendly work ethos between BGDENTA staff and nothing appeared a problem to any of them.
- Despite my tight schedule (10 days and set by me (for business reasons)BGDENTA Host Vesko did manage to show me some of the sights in Sofia and we visited some nice Restaurants. He was always on Hand to help with anything even non dental. I guess he devoted over 100 hrs to my treatment and well being over the 10 days
I guess that the proof of the pudding is in the eating and that is why i have waited 4 months to write the review as I wanted to be sure that while the service I received in Sofia was superb I also wanted to be sure that the quality was also superb and after 3 months I am confident that I got an excellent job done. I did not require any adjustments or amything else following the original treatment. When I had my treatment BGDENTA did not have a base in Ireland but I understand that they were in the process of doing so and had planned for OCT/Nov 2011 so I guess this facility is now in place .
They really are a very efficient, economical and professional outfit

The treatment was exceptional. The team was friendly yet absolutely professional. The quality of the service received was exquisite not only for the local market while the prices were affordable and as indicated on their website.

The team is very friendly and the dentits are experianced professionalist. There were no complications during my treatment of any kind. I am glad I used the opportunity to do some sightseeng as well. Overall a good experiance.

I was very pleased with the treatment I had in BG DENTA in November 2010. Mr.Moskov responded very quickly to my e-mail, when I asked for more information and the prices. I was offered a lift to and from the hotel at no extra cost. I had 3 crowns made and fitted and 4 fillings. All the work was done by Dr.Vera Todorova within a few days, including a consultation with another specialist for a second opinion about one of my teeth.The crowns made by the clinic's technician are very good quality and fit well. The staff worked well as a team and were completely professional throughout. Dr.Todorova made me feel at ease,which in turn increased my confidence in her. I have had no problems with my teeth since my treatment at the BG DENTA.

Yes very pleased with the treatment when i arrived i was taken for an xray which showed i had a wisdom tooth that needed treatment my dentist in the uk never spotted this

I am very happy with the treatment. All the products used were of the highest quality. I had no pain and could enjoy my holiday even with a temporary crown because it was a good quality one. The final crown is exactly what I asked for and is better quality than the one I paid much more for in the UK.
