Very happy with the result and would recommend and use it again if neededG, UK, 01 07 23

Very good experience of traveling to Bulgaria for treatment. Dr Karadzhov was very accomodating and flexible, fitting treatment around my holiday. Communication was excellent throughout, including an online consultation to go through the procedures and discuss any concerns. Prices were as quoted and excellent value compared to the UK. Very happy with the result and would recommend and use it again if needed.

I would recommend this practiceStephen, UK, 23 09 19

I visited this dental practice 2 weeks ago to undergo quite a bit of dental work after originally forwarding on Panoramic x-rays of my teeth to the dentist so that he could give me a price in advance of my visit. I found Dr Petar very friendly and accommodating and although the dental work, on the whole, was pain free, I still found that after receiving repeat anaesthesia injections in my gums, every day, for a period of 6 days (18 hours in total in the dental chair) a little sore and uncomfortable, in fact, the inside of my mouth is still a little bruised. The only complaint I would have to make, and is why I have not awarded 5 Stars, was that after agreeing a total fee with Dr Petar before I visited Bulgaria, I was charged an additional 470 Levs because he informed me that he wasn't aware that I would need so much anesthesia to combat the pain before he could proceed with the work, which I found rather surprising considering It was agreed in advance that I would be having 6 Root Canal Procedures, the fitting of 6 posts and Crown's, along with a deep intense clean, and teeth whitening procedures, all of these procedures tend to be painful when you have sensitive gums, and I did inform Dr Petar before I visited that I wanted anaesthesia for the deep intense clean in view of sensitivity. But on the whole, I am happy and I would, and am planning on visiting him again in 2020 for some dental work on the bottom of my mouth, so I would recommend this practice.

Permanent Crown
A dental crown may be needed in the following situations:  To protect a weak tooth (for instance, from decay) from breaking or to hold together parts of a cracked tooth. To restore an already broken tooth or a tooth that has been severely worn down. To cover and support a tooth with a large filling when there isnt a lot of tooth left. To hold a dental bridge in place. To cover misshapened or severely discolored teeth. To cover a dental implant. To cover a tooth that has been root canal treated (see picture)
Dental Crowns
---per unit---    Dental crowns are usually utilised so as to protect teeth from breaking under occlusal/biting forces on teeth that have been root canal treated. In some cases crowns are chosen for aesthetic reasons but in most cases, where aesthetics are considered, veneers will be the better option due to the fact that less tooth preparation is involved and therefore it is less invasive. Crowns can be made of a variety of materials which directly influences pricing. Most common crown types are PFM (porcelain fused to metal), where the metal provides strength and the porcelain, aesthetics. Alloys are also considered and examples are: Chrome/ Cobalt and Gold/ Platinum alloys.
Temporary Crown
--per unit--   A temporary crown is a provisional, short term restoration used in dentistry. Usually the temporary crown is constructed from a chemical-cure composite, although alternative systems using aluminium crown forms are occasionally used by practitioners. The temporary material is shaped by the dentist to form a tooth shape that protects the prepared tooth, prevents damage to the periodontal tissues (gums) and disguises the prepared tooth to a degree until the final, definitive restoration can be made by a dental technician.
