Dr Eu Guan Koh
Biography:
Dr Koh graduated from the University of Western Australia in 1996 with a Bachelor of Dental Science. Since then he has developed a keen interest in orthodontics, undertaking further training by completing a Fellowship in Orthodontics in 2002. Dr Koh has been practicing orthodontics in general practice for the past 10 years. A firm believer of early intervention to correct developmental problems such as thumb sucking and tongue thrust swallow habits, which result in malocclusion, Dr Koh knows that these “habits” are difficult to correct in the teenage years when they have become ingrained. He suggests that early intervention utilising the following devices may correct many of these issues and will often result in less complicated treatment in the future. - Functional appliances (T4K), - Arch expansion devices, - Anti-habit appliance
