After being greeted by a computer generated voice on the phone call that was made to me, then the person on the phone not answering me whilst saying hello several times. She phoned me back, and I could hear her saying "some people are just rude, they won't answer the phone" all the time I was calling out "hello". She was very rude and wasn't helpful with giving me costs or rebates from Medicare and private health through Hi-caps. I hope this person doesn't represent the rest of their service.
