Impacted wisdom tooth removal June 29th, 2016 (lower left third molar). Currently in speedy recovery.
Great dental facility located close to my location. Location was a bit hard to find despite the giant signs on the building wall, especially in a cramped location in Cabramatta, but definitely see improvement in the future as the surgery seems like it was only recently established (ground level signs?). Dentist in the surgery definitely was well presented and professional as well as providing great customer service. Receptionists, though, were very over-worked with the constant phone calls being received and made, which deterred some interaction, but they provided great customer service nonetheless. Waiting area was big and comfy, though furnishing, walls, and carpet seemed somewhat outdated which could have been due to previous tenants of this location, but well-kept, tidy, and clean with bright lighting providing a fresh dentist visit feel. Dental room (dentist that operated on me was Dr. Tina Nguyen) was in pristine condition. Whilst in the chair, I couldn't help but notice Dr. Nguyen and her assistant (didn't catch name) expressing great team work whilst working in such a small area, including small social talk while focusing on their main objective, even though I was in somewhat of a pickle. I definitely enjoyed the service provided, which was over quite quickly with a limited amount of pain. No more gaps! Dental Cabramatta will definitely be referred by me to friends and family due to the service I have received.
