I saw Richard recently twice for a chronic issue with my tooth. I had a wonderful experience with the team right from the receptionist, nurses and Richard himself. It didn't feel like going to a business but to a place that I was genuinely cared for. I initially had a CBCT on site followed by a thorough consult including a microscopic view of my tooth. I was impressed right from the start as the practice is well equipped with modern equipment. I have very high regards for Richard as he gave me tips right from demonstrating the correct brushing technique to the most professional advice and options regarding my aching tooth.
