It was indeed a great experience, being my first time in Albania, Staff were welcoming and cheerful that relaxed me and I was made comfortable. I was suggested this clinic from one of my friends. I desperately needed to check my teeth and I was convinced that I needed to make an implant. At first we had a misunderstanding with the receptionist and to be honest, I disliked them. After they called me to explain what exactly happened and finally all the situation was resolved. As a patient when I am terrified I usually don’t even listen to what the medical staff is saying at first and I get nervous.
