Breast Augmentation

By placing a breast implant behind each breast, we are able to increase a woman’s chest by one or more bra cup sizes. It can also improve the shape of the breasts. We feel that the shape of the breast is just as important as the size.

Facelift

The procedure for face lifts and neck lifts are very similar. To begin, your surgeon will make incisions along the natural line of the ear. These incisions will curve behind the ear, and into the scalp. The incision line should be concealed within the hairline or within the natural lines of the face and ear. The skin is lifted as the surgeon removes excess skin and fat (sometimes using liposuction), and tightens the underlying muscle and tissue. Next, the surgeon closes the incisions using sutures, and applies medical dressings to protect the incision area.

Rhinoplasty

Rhinoplasty surgery is done under anesthesia, either general or intravenous. Your surgeon will recommend the right anesthesia for you and will explain why. After accessing the cartilage, tissue, and bone structure of the nose, the surgeon will work meticulously to enhance the underlying framework to create a well-proportioned, symmetrical nose.

Thigh Lift

Abdominoplasty

Generally, a tummy tuck will take 2-3 hours to perform, and is done on an outpatient basis under general anesthesia. This procedure may be performed alone or in conjunction with other procedures, such as liposuction or breast augmentation. To begin, an incision is made in the area above the pubic region; the incision often extends hipbone to hipbone. Our doctors are careful to make the incision low enough so that any scarring can be hidden by most swimsuits. That said, however, the location of the scar can be negotiated to some extent based on what the patient is comfortable with. For cases in which the underlying muscles will be tightened, permanent, non-dissolving sutures (surgical stitches) are used to flatten the stomach. Following the incision, excess skin is removed. To complete the procedure, your doctor will create a new opening for the navel. After surgery, a special type of surgical tape covers the incision.
