Surgery of the upper and lower eye lids may be the answer for the tired or aged appearing eye. In both men and women the area around the eyes is one of the earliest concerns expressed due to aging. Commonly, excision of skin is used to improve the appearance of the saggy upper eyelid. This may be performed in conjunction with a brow lift. Complaints concerning the lower eyelid include bulging, excess skin, or hollowed out appearance. Treatment of the lower eyelid may consist of removal of skin, removal or redraping of the fatty tissues, and tightening of the lower lid. Additional procedures like fat or dermal filler injection or mid face lift may also be considered.

Is a prescription medication that is injected into muscles of the face to improve the look of moderate to severe frown lines. Years of squinting, concentrating, or frowning can cause your skin to crease. As time passes, your skin becomes less elastic and those frown lines remain. This treatment will temporarily improve frown lines for up to 4 months and is approved for those lines between your eyes. Other areas like the "crows feet" of the lateral eyes or the forehead may be treated but are considered off label.

Dermal Filler is a general term used for any injectable product which gives your face a more youthful, wrinkle free appearance. They are used to fill soft tissue in problem areas and can be less expensive than surgery. Some dermal fillers can be used in conjunction with each other to focus on separate parts of the face and to achieve a balanced look of beauty.
