He MD, DDS, is an oral and maxillofacial health expert. He is board certified in oral & maxillofacial surgery, (See American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery). He is also a member of the American and the California Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons. Following years of training and hospital work in Colombia, Chicago and Los Angeles, Dr. Luque founded the Bay Area Center for Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery in 2009. His practice focuses on complex cases with an emphasis on maxillofacial trauma, facial reconstruction, and surgical procedures to treat sleep apnea, joint related disorders, and oral pathology.
