From the moment I arrived at the hospital I was treated with such care and kindness. Every aspect of the treatment was explained thoroughly and I felt fully informed throughout. My operation actually happened ahead of time which saved me from the worry brought about from excessive waiting. In the theatre, the anaesthetist and the surgeon were incredibly courteous and reassuring which put me at my ease. Following the operation, my care was incredible and their main aim was to ensure my comfort at all times. I can recommend this hospital without reservation. First class.

He is simply amazing! Kind, caring, honest, & genuine! I have seen a good few surgeons prior to him but I didn’t feel at ease. The moment I met Dr Irfan Khan instantly I felt so comfortable. He is a good listener and so easy going and calm. I was 100% definite that I wanted to go ahead with Dr Irfan Khan so I had a closed rhinoplasty in May 2017. He came to see me twice in my room after the surgery. I had literally no bruising! The aftercare was great. I have recommended him to a few others on forums and they haven’t regretted either. I chose Bmi Beaumont as it’s closer to my home. I was happy with my choice. A very clean hospital and the staff were kind and helpful.

I can’t thank Mr El-Gawad for how much he has changed my life! From my first consultation back in March to now Post Operation. Every consultation was 1000% professional and made me feel very at ease throughout the whole process. Everything was explained in so much detail and if I had any further queries I was reassured I could contact Mr El-Gawad at any point. My surgery day I was very nervous but again was made at ease by Mr El-Gawad, everything was thoroughly explained and all went very well! Even down to a simple text after surgery to see how I was getting on. I can not recommend him enough! Thank you so much for everything.

I visited the Pall Mall Medical centre on Monday 5th September for a routine blood check. The receptionist was very kind and professional, the appointment was on time. The nurse was very gentle and caring. As promised my results had arrived next morning via email. Excellent value for money. Thank you I will be revisiting for a follow up review.
